“By 2025, risk functions in banks will likely need to be fundamentally different than they are today. As hard as it may be to believe, the next ten years in risk management may be subject to more transformation than the last decade. And unless banks start to act now and prepare for these longer-term changes, they may be overwhelmed by the new requirements and demands they will face.” – www.mckinsey.com
The quote above also applies to humans as we are seeing the change in the way how people invest in their well being through personalized fitness. No two bodies are alike and I absolutely love witnessing my clients rejuvenate and transform internally and externally. But I only saw this break through in those that train a min. 2 times a week consistently. If banks (humans) want their risk functions (body) to thrive during this period of fundamental transformation (min. 2 trainings a week), they need to rebuild them during the next decade (training consistently to reset their original blueprint). To be successful, they need to start now with a portfolio of initiatives (various whole body conditioning) that balance a strong short-term business case (immediate well being) with enabling the long- term achievement (rejuvenation and maintaining agility) of the target vision (in top form like a Super Hero).
I wish you all a beautiful transition to Autumn.
